I hit almost double my intensity minutes on my garmin watch this week, which is usually hard for me to get since my heart rate tends to be lower. Seeing more consistency with that has been motivating!


I REALLY like that I can do workouts in 20-25 min without the need of any specialty equipment. It takes the guesswork out of what I should do and its not SO hard that I talk myself out of doing it.

  • Do I have to do all of the workouts?
    Nope. You can modify or skip workouts and no one is going to make you feel about about it either.
  • Do I need to track my nutrition?
    You do not have to track your nutrition. If you choose to track food intake, there are several ways you can do so in the app. You can track your food via a food diary, or on a more granular level by tracking macros. Both are totally optional.
  • Will I be able to speak with Celeste?
    Yes. There are many opportunities to connect with Celeste: Via digital weekly check-ins where she offers customized suggestions based on your check-in answers Via weekly community calls where Celeste will answer your questions live Via Direct Message where you can voice message, or text Celeste for support Via the Community Forum
